This has to be tasted to be believed – four luscious layers of moist vanilla flavoured sponge, sandwiched with our premium quality mixed fruit jam and a deliciously sweet, light whipped filling. The recipe for this cake has been honed over four decades, and never fails to get an ‘mmmmm’ from anyone who tries a slice.

Prep, storage and usage

Storage information: Store in a cool, dry place. Product will last up to four days after receipt.

Preparation and usage: Remove outer packaging before cutting. Place cake on a firm surface. Hold the cake and, with a long, clean serrated sharp knife, cut the cake into slices using a sawing action. It is important to keep the knife clean between slices.
